Which IQ Formula is used to Calculate the IQ level of Chess Players?

The chess community has disclosed this discussion and came up with a formula to calculate the IQ level of a chess player according to his Elo ratings.
That formula is;
Potential IQ Level= 100+0.06 × (ELO-1300)
Explanation of the components of this formula is
0.06= Multiplier constant
ELO= Chess player Elo ratings
100= Average IQ score of general population; also known as constant value
